Supence
Privacy
What Supence stores when you read, sign in or send a note, why we keep it, where it lives and how to have it deleted. Plain language, no small print.
Reading the site
You can read every page without an account. We do not run advertising, tracking pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Our hosting provider counts visits in aggregate (pages, countries, devices) so we can see what is read. Those numbers are not tied to you.
Your browser keeps a small page counter on your own device so the site knows when to suggest signing in. It is never sent to us.
Signing in with Google
If you choose to sign in, Google tells us your account ID, your name and your email address. We keep those, plus the date you joined and the date you were last seen, so we can show your name and recognise you when you come back. We ask Google for nothing else: no contacts, no files, no calendar.
Signing in sets one session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 90 days. Signing out removes it.
Sending a note
The contact form sends us your name, email, the topic you picked and your message, along with the page you sent it from, your approximate country and your browser type. If you are signed in we also note your account email. A person at Supence reads every note. We use it to reply and to check tips, nothing else.
How we keep it
Accounts and notes are stored securely and only Supence can read them. We do not sell, rent or share personal data, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Other services your browser talks to
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces.
- Image and video thumbnails come from their hosts, such as Unsplash and YouTube.
- A video loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player only when you press play.
- Headlines link to their publishers, whose sites have their own policies.
Deleting your data
Write to contact@supence.info or use the contact form and ask us to delete your account, your notes or both. We delete them within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also remove Supence’s access at any time from your Google account’s security settings.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
